This Curry Paste/Marinade is traditionally used in Goa to marinate fish and seafood before baking or frying, and also makes wonderful fish and vegetable curries.

Ingredients: White Vinegar, Cold-pressed NZ Rapeseed Oil, Onions, Tomato Puree, Water, Tamarind, Sugar, Salt, Garlic, Ginger, Spices.
